Return and Refund Policy

While we strive to deliver a flawless experience with every purchase, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Our return and refund policies have been designed to provide a smooth and transparent process while supporting our core values of sustainability and customer care.

We offer high-quality, internationally comparable products at accessible prices within India, and we encourage conscious shopping choices to support a more sustainable future.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within two days of delivery and provide clear images showing the issue, an unboxing video that shows the packaging seal before opening, and an image of the invoice with the order number visible. In case of a wrongly delivered product, you must provide the same set of documentation: a photo of the invoice, product images, and the unboxing video. Please note that any request lacking an unboxing video will not be processed.

Exchange Process
For eligible exchanges, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within one to two working days. Once the product is received at our fulfillment center, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item passes this inspection, a replacement will be dispatched. If the exchange is not related to any defect or error on our part, a shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged before processing the exchange.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed for products that are found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be initiated within five business days. Customers are required to share their account holder name, account number, and IFSC code to facilitate the refund.

Missing Items in Shipment
If any item is missing from your order, you must raise a request within two days of delivery. To process the claim, we require an image of the invoice with the order number, images of the products received, and a clear unboxing video. Claims submitted without these details will not be considered.

Sizing Concerns
We recognize that selecting the correct size can be challenging, especially with body shapes varying from person to person. While we provide detailed size guides to assist you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing-related issues due to hygiene considerations. As our products are intimate in nature, once they are opened or tried, they cannot be resold. To maintain health and hygiene standards for all our customers, Unbodi strictly follows a no return or exchange policy for sizing issues.

Important Information
Any request for return, exchange, or refund must be made within two days of product delivery. Unboxing videos are mandatory for claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
